Crew Leaders are responsible for executing safe, efficient, and precise installations of tents and clearspan structures. You lead the crew, communicate with project managers and the sales team, and ensure the job is done right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead installation crews on-site
- Interpret site plans and layout requirements
- Coordinate truck loading and material staging
- Ensure safety compliance
- Communicate with clients and site contacts
- Problem-solve in real time
- Oversee teardown and material return
- Communicate with the sales team on the progress of the job and support with photos
You are the face of JK Rentals on the job site.
What This Role Requires
- Proven field installation experience
- Ability to read layouts and measurements
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership presence
- Ability to lift 75lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfort working at heights
- Reliable transportation
CDL and equipment certifications are a strong advantage.
