This is hands-on, physical work. You will go home tired and proud.
General Laborers are the backbone of every installation. You will help build tents and clearspan structures for events, construction sites, and commercial projects throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trucks
- Carry and stage tent materials
- Assist with frame assembly
- Install vinyl tops and sidewalls
- Drive stakes and set ballast systems
- Help install flooring and entry systems
- Can we say maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
You will work under a Crew Leader and alongside experienced installers.
What This Role Requires
- Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly
- Comfort working outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and rain
- Ability to work at heights when required
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to start early and work long days during peak season
- Strong attendance and punctuality
Tent experience is helpful but not required. We train the right people.
