Quote Administration Coordinator

This role is for someone organized, reliable, and excited to learn.

Quote & Administration Coordinators help connect incoming quote requests, customer communication, internal handoffs, and the systems our team uses every day. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers while also helping JK Rentals build stronger, more repeatable processes inside IntelliEvent.

No prior tent or event rental experience is required. What matters most is attitude, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to quote requests with a friendly, professional tone
  • Gather project details including event type, location, dates, structure needs, site access, and timeline
  • Enter lead and quote information into IntelliEvent so every request has a clear record
  • Follow up with customers to collect missing information such as maps, site photos, layouts, or event details
  • Keep quote requests moving through reminders, confirmations, and clear next steps
  • Hand off fully documented quote requests to the internal team
  • Help build email templates, workflows, reminders, and user processes inside IntelliEvent
  • Support kit and inventory data projects, including tent and structure inventory migration from spreadsheets
  • Write simple SOPs and process guides so workflows are trainable and repeatable
  • Test workflows before they go live for the team

You are one of the people helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Customer service, reception, office administration, scheduling, sales support, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience is helpful but not required.

You keep things moving. You notice the missing details. You help make the process easier for everyone.

This role has room to grow based on your strengths and interests. Over time, this position may grow into:

We are looking for someone who wants to build with us, not just fit into a finished system.

Compensation

  • $18–$22/hr based on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • In-office at our Kewaskum location
  • Interviews will be run on a rolling basis
  • Target onboarding is on or around July 6
