
Truck Driver

This is a full-time driving role for someone who takes pride in doing the job safely and getting there on time.
Truck Drivers at JK Rentals are responsible for transporting tents, clearspan structures, flooring, and event equipment to and from jobsites, warehouses, and event locations. This role supports a mix of short local trips and longer hauls depending on where the event is located and what the schedule requires.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate company trucks and trailers
- Deliver and pick up tents, structures, flooring, and related equipment
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure loads properly for safe transport
- Maintain delivery paperwork, logs, and inspection records
- Communicate with project managers, warehouse staff, and onsite contacts
- Manage a mix of local routes and longer-distance hauls
- Help coordinate loading and unloading as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle
You will work closely with operations, warehouse staff, and project managers to keep deliveries and pickups on schedule.
What This Role Requires
- Valid CDL
- Clean driving record
- Forklift experiance
- Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT compliance
- Ability to handle changing schedules and route adjustments
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to start early and work long days when needed
- Ability to climb in and out of trucks and trailers safely
- Ability to secure loads and handle transportation equipment as required

Compensation
