For this private-residence celebration, JK Rentals provided clearspan structures and layout planning to create a weather-ready setting that protected guests and décor while preserving the property’s garden character.

Site Conditions & Logistics
The baby shower took place on a landscaped residential lawn with mature trees, curved garden beds, and limited truck access. The structures were fully staked, requiring careful placement around irrigation lines, plantings, and stone borders.
Structure positioning preserved key garden sightlines and maintained clear egress paths. Clear roof panels and sidewalls maximized daylight while protecting the floral design. Installation sequencing was planned to safeguard both the property and event décor.
