For a yacht club wedding on Big Cedar Lake, the goal was simple: an all-clear waterfront reception that felt polished from every angle. JK Rentals installed a staked Levo clearspan 20m x 25m on a 68ft x 84ft level deck, finished with clear tops, clear walls, clear gables, and clear transoms, plus crisp black-trim detailing that photographed beautifully.
This build centered on a clean, architectural clearspan footprint designed to preserve lake views and deliver a refined guest experience. JK Rentals supplied a structure package featuring clear tops and clear walls with black trim, along with clear gables and transoms to maintain consistent daylight and a seamless perimeter finish. Underfoot, a level deck system with overlay and flooring was delivered, complemented by an 8ft x 25ft access ramp to support smooth and accessible guest circulation.
The yacht club setting required neighbor-aware logistics and careful ground protection. With shared septic considerations and nearby properties, materials were staged deliberately, and access paths were protected with plywood to minimize disruption. The deck reached up to five feet in height at one end, making leveling and finish quality a first-class scope item rather than an afterthought.

An entirely black-trimmed, clear vinyl tent created an open, light-filled structure that showcased the setting and defined the architecture in photos and in person.
Level Up Guest Access
A level 5,700 sq ft deck with overlay delivered a smooth, consistent surface underfoot, finished with a clean perimeter and 25ft ramp.
Precision Lifting
A rotating telehandler was the safest option, keeping beam and arch lifts controlled, reducing manual handling, protecting the site, and keeping the schedule moving.
Finish Discipline For The Clear Package
Clear vinyl demands careful handling. We also dedicated time to beam wipe-downs and clarity inspections to keep the structure camera-ready.
Challenges & Execution
Close neighboring properties, shared septic constraints, and limited staging space required a measured workflow. The all-clear Levo package raised expectations for finish quality, so additional time was allocated for careful vinyl handling, trim alignment, and daylight inspections to prevent scuffs, rippling, or visual inconsistencies.
