Boltonville Rain Days Festival Coverage
Annual multi-tent coverage that keeps food service, vendors, seating, & carnival traffic moving rain or shine
Boltonville Rain Days is a yearly community tradition hosted at the Boltonville Fire Department. JK Rentals installs a repeatable multi-tent layout anchored by a large twin-pole tent—built for fast execution, consistent spacing, and clean guest circulation year after year.
Project Overview
Boltonville Rain Days is an annual community tradition hosted at the Boltonville Fire Department, bringing together food vendors, seating, entertainment, and a small carnival footprint. JK Rentals installs a repeatable multi-tent layout built around circulation first—anchored by an 80ft x 190ft twin pole tent as the main covered hub, with supporting tents placed to guide entry/exit flow and expand service coverage.
Because the event returns each year, placement accuracy and consistent spacing are critical to keeping guest paths clear and maintaining operational familiarity for organizers and volunteers.

Site Conditions & Logistics
This recurring setup relies on precise positioning aligned to permanent pavement markings. The consistent footprint preserves vendor lanes, guest circulation paths, and carnival access routes while allowing the crew to execute efficiently year after year.
Build Highlights
A closer look at the repeatable footprint that supports peak traffic, fast service lines, and all-day community use.
Central Gathering Space
An 80ft x 190ft high peak twin pole tent supports the main festival entertainment.
Covered Flow Corridor
Tented pathways guide guests in and out of the main tent, helping movement feel natural, even during peak traffic.
Dedicated Beer Zone
A separate covered area for beer service keeps lines moving, reducing congestion in the main tent.
Repeatable Annual Placement
Permanent site markings support consistent spacing and predictable layout year after year.
Challenges & Execution
Because this event returns annually within a fixed footprint, precision placement and clear circulation are critical. The priority is maintaining consistent tent alignment, defined access points, and smooth transitions between service, seating, and entertainment zones.

System Additions
Community festivals operate best when supporting infrastructure is planned early. Entry systems, lighting, ground protection, and crowd-flow elements help maintain safe circulation and reliable service throughout the day.
