A vaulted clearspan, black glass bays, and a precision-leveled deck
This Egg Harbor wedding at Horseshoe Bay Golf Club required a premium waterfront reception space while allowing the venue’s active operations to continue. JK Rentals installed our Levo clearspan with translucent white tops and clear gables on a deck finished with railings and a grand stairway. With no laydown room and variable lake-shore winds, every decision was driven by sequencing and on-site logistics, allowing golf and pool activities to proceed and keeping the build on schedule. We also used a telehandler to help with installation. In a busy tourist resort, maintaining the lawn was a top priority. The bright white flooring demanded a pristine look during setup. The rain the day before made it difficult to avoid tracking mud from the outdoors into the clean interior.
JK Rentals delivered a 20m x 30m Levo clearspan on a 68ft x 124ft level deck, creating an elevated reception space aligned to the waterfront setting. The build included 4ft railings, an 8ft-wide custom stairway, clear gables, and black glass bays that framed the lake while maintaining a clean, architectural perimeter.
The deck system provided a consistent, level surface, while white vinyl flooring delivered a bright, polished finish. Layout and access points were planned to support smooth guest flow and efficient vendor operations.
Site Conditions & Logistics
An arched clearspan and premium enclosure package were installed in reverse sequence to maintain access throughout the build. This approach protected guest pathways, kept venue operations open, and preserved lake views as the structure took shape.
The installation took place within a tight staging area on an active golf resort, requiring controlled material movement and careful coordination. Rain added complexity, requiring ground protection and clean access paths to maintain a professional presence in a highly visible guest environment.

Materials were micro-staged, and the build sequence ran from the far end back toward the parking lot to keep lanes open.

At the Beach Club, every phase of the build was planned to protect the club grounds and maintain a pristine setting.

A level 68ft x 124ft deck with 4ft railings and an 8ft-wide stairway provided safe, high-capacity circulation.
Conditions & Challenges
Variable waterfront winds and shifting weather required daily adjustments, particularly during roof and gable installation. With golf and pool areas remaining active, work zones were continuously managed to maintain safety, protect the grounds, and deliver a clean, finished result.
