Louie Fest at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park | Event Infrastructure by JK Rentals

Clearspan and event infrastructure for a three-day community festival

Louie Fest brought live music and community programming to the Lake Country DockHounds stadium in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. JK Rentals delivered a compact clearspan stage footprint and beer service coverage designed to protect astroturf surfaces while maintaining efficient stadium operations through changing fall weather.

Project Overview

The build centered on a 15m x 5m clearspan installed directly behind home plate, creating weather-ready stage coverage without disrupting established stadium pathways. A 20ft x 20ft frame tent supported beer service operations and maintained comfortable queue flow.

Because both footprints sat on sensitive astroturf, the crew implemented weighted anchoring and plywood equipment paths to protect the field while supporting forklift-assisted installation.

Limited working space around home plate, active stadium infrastructure, and field-surface protection requirements shaped the execution plan. Equipment routes were adjusted to prevent turf damage, and material staging was coordinated to maintain clear circulation paths.

As the festival calendar expanded, scheduling flexibility ensured the month-long rental supported both event operations and ongoing stadium use without interruption.

A closer look at how the footprint supported stadium operations, guest circulation, and turf protection.

Stadium events benefit from coordinated supporting infrastructure. Access planning, power distribution, surface protection, and crowd-management elements help maintain safe circulation while preserving sensitive field conditions.
