Oconomowoc Wedding | Levo Clearspan & Lighting Support with Event Essentials

Tunnel-only access with Levo clearspan

For this May 2025 wedding in Oconomowoc, JK Rentals partnered with Event Essentials to install a 20m x 25m Levo clearspan under extreme access constraints. All structural components were maneuvered through a narrow sub-6-foot tunnel before assembly. The structure supported Napa string lighting, chandeliers, and a clean rafter layout designed to elevate the finished ceiling aesthetic.

Project Overview

JK Rentals installed a 20m x 25m Levo clearspan to create a clean, column-free footprint aligned with the waterfront setting. The structure supported chandeliers and decorative lighting, helping transform the space into a statement piece on the lake.

Layout and spacing were planned to maintain clear sightlines, balanced proportions, and a refined interior presentation that complemented both the setting and the event design.

Tunnel-only access required all materials to be hand-carried to the installation area, eliminating traditional equipment and impacting pacing and sequencing. Access to the property was further limited by a narrow driveway with no room for semi-truck turnaround, requiring controlled deliveries and staged material movement, while ground protection was maintained throughout, and overhead installation was completed using scissor lifts due to equipment restrictions.

A closer look at how access limitations and structural precision shaped this waterfront wedding build.

Tunnel-only access eliminated traditional equipment staging and required full hand transport of structural components, increasing the importance of sequencing and crew coordination. Lift restrictions further limited installation methods, requiring careful planning for overhead work, while enclosure detailing required a custom vinyl cut to accommodate a permanent flagpole without compromising weather protection or finish quality.

Tunnel Access, Flagpole Included

This build had one rule: everything in through the tunnel. No heavy machinery, scissor lifts only, plus a custom vinyl cut to accommodate a permanent flagpole without compromising the enclosure. See how we did it in the video below.

Testimonial

We had no space to stage. We built the deck and floor, stood an arch, then worked backward toward the lot. With golf and the pool in full swing and scissor lifts only, sequencing was everything.

System Additions

Design-forward weddings rely on precise overhead planning, clean enclosures, and coordinated access. Supporting systems are selected to enhance lighting presentation, circulation, and climate control without compromising the structure’s aesthetic.
