For Harley-Davidson with Marriott Construction, JK Rentals deployed an 18m clearspan in February to create a fully enclosed, weatherproof workspace. Installed in 48 hours under harsh winter conditions, the structure supported uninterrupted construction activity and helped maintain jobsite safety. Efficient removal in March returned the site to open-air work within 24 hours.

For Harley-Davidson with Marriott Construction, JK Rentals deployed an 18m x 20m clearspan in February 2024 to create a fully enclosed, weatherproof workspace. The goal was simple: protect the work zone from wind, snow, and freezing temperatures so construction could continue safely and consistently.Installed in 48 hours under demanding winter conditions, the enclosure helped reduce weather-related downtime and created a more controlled environment for crews and materials. In March, JK Rentals returned the site to open-air work with efficient removal completed within 24 hours.

Conditions & Challenges

The schedule was equally demanding. The enclosure needed to be installed quickly, operate reliably, and then be removed on a tight deadline to support the next phase of construction without leaving a long footprint on the jobsite.
