JK Rentals, a trusted provider of large tents, clearspan structures, and event rentals, is hiring General Laborers to support crew leaders with the setup and takedown of tents, flooring, staging, and event rental equipment.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and outdoor environments. General Laborers play a vital part in delivering safe, efficient installations for festivals, corporate events, private gatherings, and construction projects across Wisconsin and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Assist crew leaders in completing job orders at warehouses and jobsites
Load and unload rental equipment, materials, and tools
Secure loads with strapping, bracing, and padding to prevent damage
Count, weigh, and record materials accurately
Move, stack, and assemble materials into bundles
Lift objects by hand (often 50+ lbs)
Assemble and disassemble tents, flooring, and rental equipment
Clean and maintain equipment and materials for future use
