Welcome to North Chicago!

The Story

What used to be “Big Top Productions,” located on Sheridan Rd in Chicago, IL, was set to close and liquidate all rental items by the end of 2019/ early 2020. Only 2 hours South of our Main Office and warehouse located in Kewaskum, WI, we decided this could be our opportunity to expand further into the Chicago Market by setting up shop!

Timeline

Early 2020: COVID hit almost immediately after the purchase of the warehouse, its assets, and onboarding of its employees. While this of course wasn’t ideal timing to be taking on new business ventures, it gave our teams at each location the opportunity to get to know each other and for our Wisconsin crew to teach our new Chicago team the “JK Rentals way of doing things.”

2021: Our North Chicago team stood on their own and did some amazing work! Event rental and corporate tent rental in Chicago, IL can be difficult to navigate. We became very aware of the time crunch, permits, and other hurdles as we started to work more and more in the City of Chicago. 

2022: We gain a few more team players at our Chicago location which help grow the strength and success of our team and organization as a whole! We continue to create some jaw dropping events in the greater Chicago area, which are pictured below! No need to stress. Reach out to our sales team, and we will help you get through it!
